KINA Longevity Family Office Retreat

February 2027 · Okinawa, Japan

Discover the secrets of Okinawa’s Blue Zone with a private retreat dedicated to longevity, health, and wellbeing.

Limited to 5 guests

Japan is home to some of the world’s longest-lived people. Okinawa, one of the world’s recognised Blue Zones, is renowned for its concentration of centenarians—people who live to 100 and beyond.

What can Japan’s longevity secrets teach us about living longer—and better?

The Experience

For those drawn to a more conscious way of living.

Kina Wellness brings together five carefully selected guests for an intimate wellness retreat: a place to put down your phone, step away from daily demands, and give your health and inner life your full attention.

In our first edition, we will explore the secrets of Japanese longevity, with a particular focus on consciousness. At the heart of the retreat is an invitation to deepen your self-awareness, become more present, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Family office principals often struggle to separate identity from wealth and find deeper meaning. This can create challenges in areas such as succession planning, particularly when the founding generation is reluctant to let go. When success becomes the norm, constantly chasing the next achievement can also leave you feeling empty and disconnected from yourself.

This retreat can help with the following:

Detachment

Step back from responsibility and loosen the need for control.

Ego

Reconnect with who you are beyond wealth, status, and family expectations.

Consciousness

Deepen self-awareness, find clarity, and live with greater intention.

Full Programme Coming Soon

Expect meditation, nourishing food, and time in nature. We’re thoughtfully shaping the programme, with full details to be announced soon.

Experiencing sound through the body

Naminorifune uses what its creators describe as bone conduction: experiencing sound as vibrations through the body, as well as hearing it through your ears. Vibrations travel from the bed into the back and surrounding areas. The experience is intended to encourage relaxation and create space for meditation.

The idea behind the experience

The creators propose that these vibrations help shift brain activity towards patterns associated with relaxation and meditation. Brainwave activity is commonly grouped into five frequency bands, from highest to lowest:

GammaBetaAlphaThetaDelta

Their relationship with our mental state is complex; slower activity does not automatically mean greater wellbeing. The bed is intended to encourage a quieter mind and a sense of ease.

What are Solfeggio frequencies?

Sound frequencies used in some contemporary meditation and sound-healing practices. Practitioners associate them with the following themes:

  • 174 HzGrounding and stability
  • 285 HzPhysical restoration
  • 396 HzLetting go of fear
  • 417 HzWelcoming change
  • 528 HzLove
  • 639 HzConnection and relationships
  • 741 HzAwareness
  • 852 HzIntuition and spiritual connection

Why Okinawa

The secret of Okinawan longevity.

Okinawa is recognized as one of the world's original Blue Zones: regions with a high concentration of centenarians and life expectancy well above the global average.

Studies of older Okinawans found lower rates of heart disease, several cancers, and dementia than in the United States, and for decades Okinawan women were among the longest-lived people on the planet.
